Because of the complexity that may be involved in troubleshooting electrical problems, we bill by the hour. In general, the customer is usually only billed for one hour but there are occasions in which electrical problems can be somewhat complex to troubleshoot. This is usually due to the fact that the existing wiring had very poor workmanship prior to the troubleshooting. Because of this, Safeguard Electrical will not provide up front pricing due to the fact that we do not know how long it will take to find the problem. Once we have found the problem, we will then provide an up-front quote in order to remedy the problem.
